WELLNESS WEDNESDAY - February
22nd
No fast food or
drinks may be brought into the school, but students may bring their lunch from
home. We will be exercising during the day and talking about the importance of
having a healthy body and a healthy routine.
If your child
wants to bring a small water bottle to school to keep on their desk (that will
not spill) they are invited to do so. However, we do not want these items to
become a distraction from learning.
We have always
had Dance Parties during the day, but we will also be doing more stretching and yoga during
the day to keep our bodies fresh for learning.
